  • Serve as the first point of contact for Chinese-speaking students and visitors  
  • Provide administrative support to various departments  
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings  
  • Manage correspondence and communication in both Chinese and English  
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area  
  • Other duties as required
     

Qualifications
  • Fluency in Chinese mandarin

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an ISO 9001:2015 Document Controller at AIS. The ISO 9001:2015 Document Controller will be responsible for managing all documentation related to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system within the school.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update all documentation related to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
  • Establish and maintain document control procedures.
  • Control the distribution and access to quality documentation.
  • Monitor and track document changes and revisions.
  • Coordinate document reviews and approvals.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to ISO 9001:2015.
  • Cooperate with the different stakeholders involve in the system
  • Provide training on document control to involved staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in ISO 9001:2015 standards is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English is essential
